Мне кажется эти проблемы примерно одинаковы на всех российских предприятиях, но на УАЗе чуть больше (местный национальный состав, постоянные гастарбайтеры в руководящих должностях с ВАЗа(коррупция) и теперь ещё и с FORDа (полная некомпетентность)).
